ICU NURSE – BASICS

Critical care nurses can be found working in a wide variety of environments and specialties to provide care for patients with life-threatening medical conditions. These nurses work in the critical care unit of a hospital or healthcare facility and look after patients who have experienced invasive surgery, accidents, trauma or organ failure.

This course helps them to understand the basic skills in Intensive care management, principles of quality and standardised patient care, various dynamics of communication during critical care and documentation protocol.
